Fees and Admissions

Admissions

The Playgroup takes children from the age of 2. Parents/carers can register their children using the admission form and we are happy to place children on our waiting list.

The admission form is designed to be downloaded and saved on your computer and completed on screen. When you have completed the form you need to print it and then sign and date it. Alternatively you can print it off and complete it by hand.

Please send completed forms to the Business Manager Teresa Langley so that we can arrange a visit to the playgroup. All contact information can be found on our contact details page.
